The outside providers we use to run MyPocketCrew, and what each one does for us.

The English text below is the version that governs.
We use the trusted third-party providers below to operate the Service. Each is bound by contract to protect the information they handle and to use it only to provide their service to us. We may update this list as our providers change.
| Provider | What it does for us |

| Stripe | Payment and subscription processing (handles card data; we do not store card numbers), including fraud and risk screening (Stripe Radar). |
| Supabase | Core database, user authentication (sign-in), and file/document storage. |
| Resend | Sends transactional emails (for example receipts and account notices). |
| Twilio | Sends one-time login codes by text message (Twilio Verify). We do not send messages to your customers on your behalf. |
| Google (Vertex AI) | AI model provider that generates the AI assistant's and contract-drafting responses. Google commits, under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum, not to train its models on our data, and — under our approved abuse-monitoring exception — not to retain our prompts or outputs. These are Google's contractual commitments to us. |
| Expo | Delivers push notifications to your devices. |
| PostHog | Product analytics — how features are used, to help us improve. |
| Sentry | Error and crash monitoring to find and fix bugs. |
| Fly.io | Hosts our application server. Its edge handles every request, so it processes data in transit. |
| Vercel | Hosts our websites (mypocketcrew.com and the web app). |
| MailerLite | Sends our email updates to people who joined our list. |
